ProCote offers an array of specialty floor coatings, including epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and MMA, suitable for diverse applications. Our polished-concrete floor finishing uses chemical densifiers, sealers, and diamond grinding to strengthen concrete and increase its impact and abrasion resistance. We also provide color-stained concrete finishing using acetone dyes and acrylic stains on polished concrete floors.
The Primary Components of Our Floor Coating Systems
Our floor coating systems are mainly composed of bonding and base coats that are rubber-like, high-build elastomers. The rest of the components are chosen from the finest resources in the industry. However, product specifications may change slightly from those we've published without notice.

Originally developed for automotive dealerships, showrooms, and service facilities, ProCote's coating systems now cater to various industries that demand heavy-duty performance and easy maintenance in a flooring system. Our floor coating systems are commonly installed in warehouses, textile and plastics facilities, machine shops, race shops, and airport hangars. Their seamless characteristics also make them ideal for wood and concrete substrates that might be found in production and processing areas.
Installation by Professionals
Our factory-trained crew is with you every step of the way, offering not only professionalism and courtesy but also assuring that the job gets done right. ProCote installation crews are available 24 hours a day, including weekends. A 20,000 square foot floor area can be prepared, installed, and ready for traffic by 6:00 a.m. Monday, provided that our crew start their work by 4:00 p.m. the preceding Friday.
Unlike many of our competitors, ProCote does not use any outside labor. While this practice is somewhat less convenient than using temporary help and subcontractors, we feel that it ensures a degree of expertise and competency that would otherwise be unachievable. We know that purchasing a floor coating is a big decision, and we refuse to violate our client's trust by allowing substandard work to be performed under our name.
Full-Service Warranty Program
As the nation's premier floor coating provider, we believe in standing behind our work. That is why we guarantee every coating and topping application we have performed for up to 10 years. Our warranty program stipulates that we will make the appropriate repairs at no cost to you if our coating systems fail within the coverage period for that particular product.
10-Year Recoat Guarantee
To further maintain our position as a full-service coating provider, we also offer a "10-Year Recoat Guarantee". This is a standard component of each coating and topping application as well, guaranteeing that we will perform recoating services at a reduced cost for you for an extended period of time from the original date of installation. This means we will coat over our existing material without the inconvenience and expense of a coating removal and complete reinstallation. When you elect to use this program, we will also renew your original warranty with each recoat. This means your floor can remain under a perpetual warranty without ever having to pay the full price of a new coating again.
Other Offerings
ProCote offers floor coating removal and floor surface preparation services. To do this, we perform concrete grinding and chemical stripping. We grind and level floor slabs, repair concrete cracks, and repair the surface spalling of concrete.
